A system of quality management is essentially a method to achieve customer’s satisfaction through efficient business performances.
The word “quality” is therefore not used as an absolute value (for which we use the word "class"), but as a comparative value to stated requirements that the company is committed to meet.
Introducing a corporate quality management system means to organize efficiently - and systematically control - all activities that contribute to ensure the quality of the products and services.
To achieve this result it is required the contribution of all our departments and it is vital the work of the Executive Board in the definition of a Corporate Policy for quality and the awareness of all staff of the importance of this way of working
